Soothing lavender and flaxseed eye pillow for relaxation, yoga, meditation, and to aid restful sleep. This pillow can also be used as a heat pad to help relieve the pain of aching muscles and joints by heating in the microwave or placing on a radiator. Can also be used as a cold compress to help relieve sunburn and inflammation.
Natural lavender soothes and calms, relieving stresses and anxieties, and helps prepare the mind and body for sleep and relaxation. The scent of lavender is excellent in soothing stress related headaches. Lavender proves to be a natural remedy for a range of ailments, from sleeplessness and anxiety to depression and mood disturbances.
The cover of this eye pillow is made from a very soft, high-quality linen in beautiful designer colours, and is removable and washable. The inner cover is cotton and contains English lavender and flaxseed.
Use instructions:
To heat the eye pillow, place it in microwave for 20-40 seconds (depends on your microwave) or place it on a warm radiator for a few seconds at a time. To use as a cold compress, wrap the pillow in a bag or fabric (to protect the pillow from getting dirty) and place in freezer for 30-60 minutes before use.
Care instructions:
Pillow case is removable and washable. Remove outer pillow case and hand wash in warm water with gentle detergent or soap, hang to air dry. You may iron the pillow case on medium heat.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placing an order using Royal Mail services (multiple options available).

Tracked delivery
If you require tracked delivery, please contact us prior to placing an order for a quote. As a standard, all our orders except international ones are shipped as non-tracked 1st and 2nd Class Royal Mail Service.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within 5 miles from our Edinburgh workshop. Your order will be delivered within 48 hours and local delivery fee is £3.
If you're eligible for local delivery, it will appear as an option at checkout. Please leave your phone number while placing the order so we can contact you to arrange a delivery.
