We are meticulous in selecting and sourcing ingredients for our products. Our first considerations, always, are the health and safety of our customers and the welfare of the natural environment. Our primary objective is to ensure that our range is formulated using only the safest ingredients of the highest quality.

Accordingly, all ingredients utilised in Deerieo formulations are extensively researched with respect to their safety, stability and efficacy. This procedure also verifies that ingredients are of vegan origin and have not been tested on animals.

In addition, our products are tested for safety during the development process and pass a Product Safety Assessment, conducted by an independent qualified laboratory.

Preservatives are a necessary part of water-containing personal care products. Effective preservation is crucial to the safety, performance and longevity of cosmetics.

We include ECOCERT and COSMOS approved natural preservative because we use many botanical ingredients which otherwise would spoil before you could use the product. This preservative is safe and used in the smallest amount necessary, hence will not irritate even sensitive skin

Some Deerieo products contain essential oils, selected for the benefits they can offer the skin.

Essential oils are complex mixtures, and a number of naturally occurring compounds found in essential oils are classified as allergens according to European Union cosmetic regulation.

The presence of any allergens within a product is clearly labelled, forming part of the ingredient list.

When formulating our products we take careful note of essential oils safety guidelines issued by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), ensuring the levels of all essential oils we use, and therefore the allergens they may contain, fall below the limits recommended by IFRA.

All Deerieo products are safe to use during pregnancy except leave-on products containing essential oils: the Veil Cleansing Balm (Berry Clean balm is a safe alternative) and Selkie hand and body lotion. We also advise using Aurora oil serum sparingly (2-3 times a week) during pregnancy due to the high concentration of active ingredients.

We ship all orders within 48 hours and you need to add a Royal Mail aimed delivery time frame on top. Delivery time frame depends on the service you chose and will be provided at checkout. You can also preview them HERE.

2. Create an account or log in if you already have one so that we can send you your coupons.

3. Once you create the account, you will get your personal referral link to share with your friends. You can simply copy the link, share on social or click on the envelope and enter their email address and we’ll share the link on your behalf!

4. Your friend clicks on your referral link to visit our shop and gets a custom 20% discount code. Their minimum order value has to be £15 (excl. discount and shipping).

5. The code will be applied automatically. If using PayPal, the code needs to be entered manually.

6. Referring person will receive an email with a 20% coupon code once their friend completes the purchase.

7. You’ll receive a separate 20% discount code for each referred friend who completes the purchase.

IMPORTANT: The minimum spend both for you and your friends must be £15 after discount and shipping, otherwise the referral will not be complete and you will not receive a 20% discount code.
