About Deerieo

We are a family business with over 46 years of expertise in the skincare sector, blending natural healing tradition with innovation and science. In 2016, Karolina Bajbuz, Deerieo founder and cosmetic chemist, started making her own skincare to heal her sensitive, breakout-prone skin with natural yet effective ingredients.

Joined by her parents, a seasoned beauty therapist and a renowned dermatologist, Karolina developed a range of high-performance and eco-friendly products that not only restore skin's health and deliver multiple benefits for maximum results, but are also cruelty-free, vegan-friendly and sustainable. 

After four years of dedicated work and meticulous testing, we launched Deerieo in February 2020. Inspired by Scottish nature, we combine medicinal plants with scientifically proven actives to help our customers look and feel their best!

All our products are handmade in our Edinburgh workshop and can be found across the UK, US and Europe.

To offer you the perfect quality, we expertly craft all our products in micro batches, using the finest natural and organic ingredients growing in Scotland: sea buckthorn, seaweed, oats, chamomile, lavender, comfrey and thistle to name a few.

Skilfully blended luxurious natural oils, butters, concentrated plant essences, antioxidants combined with vitamins and other naturally-occurring actives provide unique skincare solutions to help you achieve beautiful, healthy and deeply nourished skin.
We don’t use any skin irritating ingredients like artificial fragrances or harsh preservatives, and our products contain exclusively ingredients suitable for sensitive, inflammation- and acne-prone skin.

Each of our products is created to the highest standard, dermatologically tested and certified by the accredited independent laboratory to guarantee their physical, chemical and microbiological quality.

Environment and sustainability

Just as we care about you, we also deeply care about the environment. The entire Deerieo range is packaged in recyclable or biodegradable cointainers sourced from sustainable resources. Our products are palm oil-free, vegan-friendly, cruelty-free and sustainable.
