Shipping
The shipping cost
The shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and the delivery address of the items in your order.
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and items in your shopping cart.
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to you.
Shipping Fees & Timelines
We will dispatch your order within 2 business days from receiving the payment.
Our business operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the business will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Below are presented the shipping fees and post-dispatch delivery times for orders placed on the www.deerieo.com website.
Delivery aim refers to working days and needs to be added on top of our 2 business days dispatch timeframe.
- UK Mainland
Free UK mainland shipping (delivery aim 3 days) on orders equal or above £25.
Royal Mail 1st Class (delivery aim 1 day) - £4.50 shipping fee on orders below £25.
Royal Mail 2nd Class (delivery aim 3 days) - £3.70 shipping fee on orders below £25.
Royal Mail Tracked (delivery aim 2 days) 48 - £3.90 on all orders.
- European Union - delivery aim 7 business days
Royal Mail International Standard - £8.65 shipping fee.
Royal Mail International Tracked - £10.50 shipping fee.
- Europe (Non-EU) - delivery aim 7 business days
Royal Mail International Tracked - £10.50 shipping fee.
- Rest of the World - delivery aim 7 business days
Royal Mail International Tracked - £12.00 shipping fee parcels under 250g
Royal Mail International Tracked - £15.40 shipping fee parcels over 250g

Import Duties & Taxes
You as a customer are responsible for paying import duties and taxes for international shipments if these are liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we strongly encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at your expense and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?
If an item has been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim. Please contact us with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item.
My order is missing
It's never good news but it happens. And when it does, please contact us with your order details and we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
Wrong delivery address
If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we should be able to change the delivery address for you.
If you’ve used an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be responsible for the loss of your order. If your parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay delivery costs to re-deliver your order to the correct address. To arrange re-delivery, please contact us.
Can I track my order?
If you wish to track your Deerieo order please select a tracked shipment option at checkout. We will send you a tracking number in a shipping confirmation email.
Can you ship to P.O. Box?
Unfortunately we will not be able to ship to P.O. box addresses.

Cancelling the order
We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
