Deerieo Natural Skincare Solutions ("we" and "us") is the operator of www.deerieo.com ("Website"). “You” and “your” refers to you as a client placing an order via www.deerieo.com website. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below.  

Shipping

The shipping cost

The shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and the delivery address of the items in your order. 

The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and items in your shopping cart. 

Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to you.

Shipping Fees & Timelines

We will dispatch your order within 2 business days from receiving the payment.

Our business operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the business will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Below are presented the shipping fees and post-dispatch delivery times for orders placed on the www.deerieo.com website:

  • UK Mainland - delivery aim 2 business days

Royal Mail 48 tracked service - all orders below £50 are subject to a £4.74 (incl. VAT) shipping fee. All orders above £50, shipping costs will be wavered.

  • European Union - delivery aim 3-5 business days

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - all orders are subject to a £10.75 (VAT exempt) shipping fee.

  • Europe (Non-EU) - delivery aim 3-5 business days

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - all orders are subject to a £10.75 (VAT zero rated) shipping fee.

  • Rest of the World - delivery aim 5-7 business days

Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - all orders are subject to a £13.80 (VAT zero rated) shipping fee.

Please note that all international deliveries will require to be signed for upon delivery.

Import Duties & Taxes

You as a customer are responsible for paying import duties and taxes for international shipments if these are liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we strongly encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Deerieo Natural Skincare Solutions at your expense and you will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?

If an item has been damaged in transit, Deerieo Natural Skincare Solutions will provide you with a replacement or a full refund as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim. Please contact us with your order details and an accompanying photo of the damaged item.

My order is missing

It's never good news but it happens. And when it does, please contact us with your order details and we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

Wrong delivery address

If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we should be able to change the delivery address for you.

If you’ve used an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be responsible for the loss of your order. If your parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay delivery costs to re-deliver your order to the correct address. To arrange re-delivery, please contact us.

Can I track my order?

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking details which will allow you to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Can you ship to P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, Deerieo Natural Skincare Solutions will not be able to ship to P.O. box addresses.

However, please email us at hello@deerieo.com to discuss alternative shipment options.

Cancelling the order

We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
