Deerieo Natural Skincare Solutions ("we" and "us") is the operator of www.deerieo.com ("Website"). “You” and “your” refers to you as a client placing an order via www.deerieo.com website. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below.  

Returns

I wish to return my order

Firstly, we are really sorry our product didn't meet your expectations but we understand that sometimes, even with the best intentions, things simply don't work out.

We offer refunds for all products returned within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact us for further details.

Please keep in mind that depending on your location, the time needed for us to receive your returned order may vary.

Who pays return shipping cost?

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and your refund value will amount to the value of purchased items, exclusive of shipping costs.

If you are shipping an item worth over £50, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Deerieo. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If your request is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or another original method of payment. The time required to receive a refund depends on the original payment method, i.e. credit card refunds usually require 5-10 business days.
